Horoscopes of the Aircraft Bomb Threat in Sweden, 2010
Below are the astrology charts for the emergency landing of a plane in Arlanda, Stockholm, Sweden, after a bomb threat early this morning, 25 September 2010, tip-off at 07h00m, landing at 07h30m CED, 59°20'N, 18°03'E. At the time of writing, it is not yet known whether the threat is genuine or not. By the time I finished writing this article, it is reported on Swedish media that the man has been arrested. At 10h30m, it is reported the man is being interrogated and the plane searched with specialist dogs. No bloodshed. At noon my time, media now reports no bomb was found on plane... But you can read all the conflicting astrological indicators below, as I wrote the story as it was unfolding. LATEST NEWS (17h43m CED) - in Swedish: Suspected offender has been released for lack of serious proof against him...! Must have been a woman scorned to give this false tip-off. She better not be found, 'coz she'll end up in jail and will spend a few years footing the bill. Authorities don't joke with that kind of misbehavior.
 | Note the serious Sun and Saturn conjunct the Ascendant at the time when the pilot of the plane was warned about the threat at around 07h00m, both these in square to Pluto. Node Rahu conjunct Pluto are also conjunct the IC and the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction is conjoined the Descendant. The pilot decided to divert to Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Moon is also trine Juno and Ceres, indicating the importance of this woman's tip-off. It does not say whether the threat is real, but it was convincing enough to have the plane diverted. |

| The tip-off came from a woman who phoned the mounted police in Canada, warning that a Pakistani passenger with a Canadian passport, located in seat 23L, was carrying a bomb around his body. The plane was en route from Toronto to Karachi in Pakistan with 273 passengers on board (flight PIA 782). At the back of my mind though, I'd be wary of this Juno opposition Neptune, because Juno is a notoriously jealous and spiteful asteroid and Neptune the planet of illusions. Could it be that the tipoff came from a scorned woman with no basis in truth? If so, she'll have to swallow a huge bill, if she is identified - Juno in Leo trine Ceres in Sagittaris could prove very expensive! | However, Juno is smack opposite Neptune, quincunx Jupiter and trine Ceres. The motivation behind such a tip-off may have been the safety of the plane. The aspects indicate the foggy motivations of such terrorists and, fortunately Jupiter and Ceres overcame Neptune. |
In this chart, Mars has just finished its square to Neptune and Chiron. It's exactly in trine to the conjunction of Jupiter and Uranus and applying to Earth, so the plane came down from sky to earth in a safe manner. The plane is now cordoned off in an isolated area of the airport. Authorities are awaiting news from the pilot, whom, reportedly, is talking with the passenger in question. Juno plays a role also in this chart, being quincunx Venus - the woman - knowing what may happen and hesitating about what to do (inconjunct). The tip-off came because Mercury and Venus are exactly trine. Whether the man really had a bomb or some explosive device will need to be ascertained once the story is finished. It is entirely possible that this threat was real, considering the exact square of Mars to Chiron and Neptune. |  |

Note the chart progression during the hours following the landing. Although it is not clear yet from the news media whether the man was evacuated at 10h00m or 10h30m, the Ascendant has moved, for 10h30m, exactly conjunct Mars in Scorpio, essentially dignified, and conjunct Venus in exile, which it dominates. The tip-off worked marvellously and is recalled by Juno exactly conjunct the MC and opposite the Chiron Neptune conjunction. Moon opposite Vesta is an argument for the man not really having explosive on himself (whether in his luggage or at all is another question). The threat was probably real inasmuch as the man probably did intend to do something, whether he actually did finally take explosives with him will be revealed later.
