Astrology of Murder and a Love Crime - Ryan Jenkins and Jasmine Fiore - Story and Data

Model Jasmine Fiore was strangled, allegedly by her husband Ryan Alexander Jenkins, a millionaire contestant in a TV show entitled "Megan wants a millionaire". Both horoscopes show some aspects of this love crime tragedy. Jasmine was identified thanks to the serial number of her breast implants, as her fingers had been ripped off and her teeth unrooted with pliers, and she was found naked in a suitcase in a dumpster. Her husband fled and was finally found hung in a motel room. Bizarre aspects of this homicide make it worthy of astrology analysis. Did Jenkins have the malevolent mind of other infamous murderers? Not many killers had everything in life, love, money and celebrity. As for Jasmine, she was beautiful, young and pursuing a life of pleasure. What a terrible waste of life!




Below is the story and timeline of the murder. Astrology charts and aspects will be the subject of the next post. Without their times of birth, of course, it will not be possible to delve into the forensic astrology minutiae, since not every one born on the same days as these young people will turn out murderer and victim. Still, the synastry of this couple, together with the transits, highlight areas of great astrological stress for both.

Jasmine had been previously married for about three years (date unknown) and then divorced from Michael Cardosi, on 10 August 2005 (she's the one who asked for the divorce). Cardosi was born on 4 February 1973.

As a convicted drug dealer, her ex-husband Cardosi had done time in jail and got out on parole on 11 August 2009. He was greeted by Jasmine at the jail gates. It appears that both may have had a continuing friendly or intimate relation after their divorce, up and until Jasmine's death. Cardosi was arrested again on unrelated charges to the murder on 22 August 2009 at 6.30 am, and booked at 14h59 on the same day, in California, and released on 31 August 2009.

Jasmine also had a criminal record, one of which for a second offence for DUI on 4 July 2007 in Las Vegas. She had several ex-boyfriends with whom she had kept continuous good relations.

She owned several cell phones. Her main job was modelling for swimsuits, although she may have had a number of other jobs in the beauty business. She intended to become a real estate realtor and to open a gym or health fitness business. Jasmine lied on her marriage license to state that the marriage to Jenkins was her first, which it wasn't. It may imply that her marriage to Jenkins may have not been valid.

Later discovery of the couple's car showed that Jasmine had put up a fight for her life as the car was full of blood and hair.

It seems the suitcase was dumped around 3.30 pm on 14 August 2009.

Jenkins was a real estate broker, and admittedly rich (a millionaire), although some people question this as there appears to have been financial difficulties in the days prior and after the crime (unpaid bills and allegations of financial theft). A contestant in the "Megan wants a millionaire" show, it seems he went off to Las Vegas after this show, where he met Jasmine and married her after only three days of courtship.

The relationship was troubled and the pair seems to have separated and reconciled more than once. It is said that Jasmine had the marriage annulled in May 2009, though no record has been found for this. Police said Jenkins and Jasmine may have remarried between the annulment and the slaying. It has been reported that they fought for money matters rather than infidelity or jealousy. Friends of murdered swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore and her reality-star husband, Jenkins, say the couple led a volatile Las Vegas lifestyle, filled with partying, gambling and drinking -- as well as drama -- until the violent end.

On the Internet, it is alleged that court documents reveal that Jenkins may have been addicted to sex, thrown tantrums and had been charged in July 2005 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, for punching a woman in the head and knocking her to her knees when she tried to leave his home. A classic domestic violence drama. He was required to take counselling for domestic violence and sex addiction. A former victim, according to The Calgary Herald, said it was not unusual for him to have temper tantrums when he didn't get his way, especially when it came to sex.

Jasmine lay a complaint against him for violence as he punched her and threw her into a pool. It seems that Jenkins already had been charged in Canada previously for the same type of offence as he was awaiting a court appearance for later in December 2009. It seems he was also put on probation from January 2007, for 15 months, for an "unspecified assault" charge.

Jenkins was born in an extremely rich family and his mother was a foreigner (as per his statement on the Las Vegas marriage license). He has a half-sister (birth date unknown) whom it is alleged that she helped him book the hotel room in which he was found hung.

From the media account, it seems he may have committed suicide possibly in the afternoon after 3 pm or evening of 21 August 2009. He was ID'd through his fingerprints.

2. THE ESTIMATED TIMELINE AND BIZARRE TWISTS
OF THIS HOMICIDE

14 August 2009, 2.30 am

Jasmine and Jenkins left the San Diego Hilton Hotel after playing poker. This was the last time Jasmine was seen alive. At some point, there is a fight in the car and Jasmine fights for dear life.

14 August 2009, 4.30 am

Jenkins entered the L'Auberge del Mar Hotel in San Diego, California (37°38N, 122°25W).

14 August 2009, 9.20 am

Jenkins leaves the hotel alone, with no suitcase in hand.

14 August 2009, between 11 am and 2 pm

the phone calls he made place Jenkins near the 91 and 15 freeways. It may be that corresponds to a time where he could have gone off-road in order to snip Jasmine's fingers and pull her teeth out. Police believe that he may have done that near Corona, California (33°52N, 117°34W).

14 August 2009, 3.30 pm

Jenkins may then have driven to Los Angeles/Buena Park, California (33°52N, 118°00W) to dump the suitcase containing Jasmine.

14 August 2009, between 9.30 am and 5 pm

Jenkins made over 30 phone calls and text messages.

14 August 2009, 5 pm

Jenkins arrives in his Los Angeles home (33°03N, 118°15W). At some time in Los Angeles, Jenkins sends, by FedEx, his and Jasmine's wedding rings to be cleaned in a jeweller's in Las Vegas (they must have been splattered with blood).

15 August 2009, at 7:10 a.m

Buena Park police responded to a call of a body in a dumpster at an apartment complex. This was Jasmine's body. It is believed she died a couple of hours before she was found. Her nose was broken and her fingers and teeth had been severed. One website mentions dismemberment, but no official confirmation of this was seen.

15 August 2009, 8.55 pm

Jenkins files a missing person report on Jasmine at West Hollywood Station Los Angeles County Sheriff Department. In his description of Jasmine, he said that she "had perfect teeth and had just gone to have her nails done". He also said that Jasmine sent him text messages but in reality, he had sent them to himself from Jasmine'cell phone.

16 August 2009 at around 9 am

Jenkins was seen leaving his home for the last time and is believed to have started his drive to Canada.

17 August 2009

when police contacted him, Jenkins confirmed he was in Utah and proceeding to Canada.

18 August 2009

Jasmine is identified through the serial number of her breast implants.

20 August 2009

an arrest warrant is filed for Jenkins.

20 August 2009, between 5.30 pm and 6 pm

Jenkins is booked for three days in the Thunderbird Motel, in Hope, British Columbia, Canada (49°22'N, 121°29'W), by a young woman who may be a member of his family, perhaps his half-sister. She paid cash for three nights while Jenkins stayed in the car. She entered the room and stayed for about 20 minutes and then left. Jenkins was seen a short while later, gaunt, famished and visibly exhausted, smoking a cigarette. He was not seen anymore until the manager discovered him dead two days later.

23 August 2009, around 5 pm

Jenkins is found hung in the motel bedroom. He did not leave a suicide note. It is thought he committed suicide on 21 August 2009 late afternoon or evening.

26 August 2009

Jasmine's white Mercedes was found in a parking lot in West Hollywood, Los Angeles about a mile from the penthouse Fiore shared with Jenkins in Fairfax District, Los Angeles, California (34°05N, 118°22W). It is said the car had been abandoned since 15 August 2009.

27 August 2009

police found a suitcase full of clothing in a storage unit in Washington State.
