Staff Hired by Zodiac sign
Here is an article about an Austrian insurance company which wants to hire staff based on their astrological sign: http://tinyurl.com/b6rj6v

The company says it has done statistics in-house and found the best workers to be Capricorn, Taurus, Aquarius, Aries and Leo.
That's 5/12th of the zodiac, almost half of it... Could the world be divided roughly in half? The first half that works well, the second half consisting of neer-do-wells?
How will they distribute office space? Give one office for a lone Aquarius, dump Taurus and Capricorn together, and Aries and Leo together. Or, at a pinch, they could put Aquarius with Aries, but that would leave Leo on his own. Unless the company is pretty good at allocating office space, the profit margin is going to dwindle to zero.
Why not go a step further and fire the other sun signs, I ask you? I'd like to see how the company could be doing without the perhaps less obviously productive but diligent and behind-the-shadows workers belonging to the other signs of the Zodiac.
It's one thing being aware of one's colleague or boss sun-sign and adapt one's behavior to it, and it's quite another to hire only specific sun signs. Perhaps one should tell this company that since many Pisces are angry with maths, it should not have wanted to hire Albert Einstein who was Pisces?
Seriously, I know my astro, my sun signs, their strengths and weaknesses, but I do believe they should hire a decent astrologer to do detailed analyses of the prospective staff to hire and not base their recruiting campaign on signs alone.
I wonder what sun sign is the CEO for this company?
